Conditional Logic - One Field Shows - Others Do Not

I have created a form where the price is displayed for an option depending on the industry the person selects.

I have a drop down list of different industries.
A person selects an industry and then selects if they wish to offer a certain option.
I have different products set up for the different idustries as the option price is different.
Each product is the exact same product field.

    The issue is this:

Only one product option shows up in the list. For example, I choose Automotive and the product displays with the price. If I select the next industry from the list, the product associated to that does not appear.

It works perfectly in preview. I read through the forum and thought it might be a theme conflict but other similar items on the page work, not to mention that one of the items in the drop down works. The fields are identical with the exception of the price.

I think I have isolated it to the theme as the default theme works. How can I see what is conflicting if the form PARTIALLY works?

How is it that 1 will work and not the others if they are all alike?
Why is it working on preview and not live?

I am getting very frustrated with this. The plugin is great but I have spent countless hours trying to implement it.

  2. I understand you are frustrated, but this isn't a Gravity Forms problem. It's a theme problem, which is why it works fine with the default theme. So please direct your frustration at your theme and keep that in mind as we assist you in debugging this issue, which we'd be glad to assist you with.

It works in preview but not live because the problem is caused by your theme. Preview doesn't display using your theme. This is also why it works fine when using the default WordPress theme.

If you can provide a link to a page containing your form, and let us know which form field to select to see the issue happen we can debug the issue for you.
