Conditional logic problem

I have applied conditional logic to two elements (2&3) in the form and both relates to first element (1) in the form. First element has two option YES & NO.

If NO ticked it shows up element (3) but if they tick YES element (2) does not show up.

Both have same conditional logic;
Show Element 2 field if Any of the following match:
Element 1
Ends with NO

Show Element 3 field if Any of the following match:
Element 1
Ends with YES

any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

I changed to "IS" and it works for first 2 elements then next elements doesn't seem to be working.

Any Ideas?
