Conditional Logic seems to break the "next" button

  1. I'm having issues getting conditional logic to work in my form. The issue isn't that it isn't taking me to correct section or what-not but rather that turning on conditional logic seems to break the form in a more general sense. Now, the "next" button doesn't work at all. The form is dead.

Any ideas? You can see the form here: http://www.bayhousenaples.com/?page_id=391

I'll gladly hand over credentials if you need to see the back-end.

    Thanks!

  2. I can't see a form or any text at all on that page. Just one of three fading images which take up the whole window. This happened to me with Firefox and Chrome on OSX. Are there any tricks to getting the form to appear?

I would begin by checking for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

Does the next button work properly on your form with conditional logic when you view the form in the form preview?

I also noticed the page seemed to have minimized scripts. That can interfere with conditional logic as well.

  3. The form doesn't work in form preview either—it actually doesn't even display in preview!

Did you scroll down? There's a scroll bar and if you scroll down you'll see the form there. I just checked it.

    Thank you Chris!

  4. I see now. I did not see the scroll bar the first time around. I almost didn't see it the second time around.

I scrolled to the bottom and I see the form with just these fields: Your Name, Email and Is this a gift. However, I don't see any buttons there, next, submit or otherwise.

Have you already checked for theme and plugin conflicts by using these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing ?
