Conditional Notification routing to multiple addresses not working?

    I have a drop-down in a contact form that is the subject matter. Based on the value selected I want to route to different individuals. This works fine. However, if I create a list of email addresses, separated by a comma, then the first address receives the notification but none of the others do. I found numerous references in the forum that state that a comma-separated list is the correct way to do this but it is not working for me.

    Never mind. For some reason the admin mail server held the second email in the spool but it cleared after some amount of time.
