Conditional showing of alternate form when the maximum entries is reached?

  1. Hello. Love GF! Thank you all for your excellent work.

Looking for advice. I am setting up a form to accept a limited number of entries. I would like the option to show an alternative, second form (to sign up for a mailing list) when the main form has reached the maximum number of entries.

I assumed that requires custom PHP, but would love whatever suggestions on approach someone could provide. Thanks for any help.

  2. If you are using the Limit Entries option of Gravity Forms, you can insert a shortcode to display a different form in the limit entries message that appears when the entry limit has been reached. The entry limit message supports shortcodes.

  3. Q: Well, how easy is that?
A: Evidently, easy enough I assumed it wouldn't work. Thanks!
