Conditionally display address fields based on region selected

Users select a region at the top of my form. If this region is in the US, I would like to show the US formatted address fields (i.e. state drop-down, zip). If it's Canadian, show province list, if International, open text field.

However, if I set up 3 different address blocks and show them using the conditional tools, they will each be a separate block of fields in the database.

Is there a way to do this so that the data goes into the same fields regardless of the user's location?

  2. No, there is no way to do this so that the data would go in the same place. Fields are independent and the data is stored with that field. So the easiest solution is to use the default Address field which doesn't pre-populate the State/Province drop down. It's designed to be used for Addresses where the country could be anything.
