Confirmation message breaks due to missing ">" in GF code

  1. I'm having the same problem as Altamami and although I posted on his thread, it is still unanswered. Our forms are rendering with a missing ">" at the end of a tag:

    Here is the exact tag:
    <div class='gf_browser_gecko gform_wrapper' id='gform_wrapper_1' style='display:none'

It comes straight after the breadcrums. This needs to be fixed at GF end? spent ages trying to find what was wrong - one of your developers did not copy all the code over... sloppy!

Can you let us know how to fix it?? Is is a re-release?

  2. Larissa, can you post a link to your site please, where this issue is visible, and also let us know which version of Gravity Forms you are using?

    Thank you.

  5. It's going to be difficult to troubleshoot this issue due to the error being on the confirmation screen, and being unable to use the PayPal sandbox to get there.

Can you create a simple form with the same confirmation and we'll see if the problem exists there? Are there other Gravity Forms on this site already which we can check?

  6. Ok - here is a duplicate of that form without the paypal sandbox attached.

While you're there can you tell me why "Quanity" and "Mount Type" Select Boxes display differently? There is no additional CSS class attributed to them - they are identical in the parameters set in GF interface.

    regards,
    Larissa

  7. Hi Larissa, I forwarded your initial concern to one of the developers who will look into this for you. Please begin a new topic for your additional presentation question as it's unrelated. Thank you.

    Thanks,
    Chris

  8. This markup issue with the confirmation page when configured as a multi-page form and the progress bar is being displayed on the confirmation page has been resolved. The latest build of Gravity Forms (v1.6.4.5.4) which is available for download on the Downloads page resolves this issue.

Until it is released via automatic update you will need to update manually. In order to do that you would follow these instructions:

    - Download the v1.6.4.5.4 zip file from the Download Gravity Forms page on this site.

    - Login to the WordPress Dashboard for your site.

    - Go to the Plugins page that lists all of your installed plugins.

    - Deactivate Gravity Forms.

    - Delete Gravity Forms.

    - Select Add New under the Plugins navigation.

    - Upload, install and activate the new version.

Following the instructions above will not delete your forms or your data. It will only delete the existing plugin files, which you'll then replace by installing and activating the new version.
