Hi there: I have created a form using the "Pricing Fields>Total"
After the form went live we decided to delete the total. It is not visible now in the form editor but still outputs on confirmation and notification pages. On this page I am using
{all_fields} because it's a nice table. I don't want to use separate merge tags.
How do I eliminate the "total" from output? It (in theory) should not be there.

The notification email for products when using the {all_fields} merge tag will include the price, even when you do not show a price field in your form. To get around that, you will have to create your own notification email based on individual merge tags.

Did you manage to eliminate the total and at the same time form it into a nice table?
Pulling one field at a time into your notification message gives you full control of which fields you want shown as well as how you want it designed/formatted. So try moving away from the {all_fields} call in your notifications if you want to do such things nurshahilia.
