Conflict with JQuery Easing on latest update.

Just to let you know that I cannot use the latest version of GF due to a conflict with JQuery Easing.

i.e: If I have a form on a page that has JQuery Easing in the Header no JQuery function at all work on the page and I get a Uncaught TypeError: Property 'undefined' of object #<Object> is not a function

Now if I remove the JQuery Easing JS call GF works fine and vice versa if I remove the form from the page JQuery Easing and every other JS function works again.

I am also calling the latest version of JQuery just in case you ask.

Could be an issue with JQuery Easing or with GF but they do not work together anymore.

I would have to see them both on to be able to try to begin to figure out the issue. Is your form using conditional logic? Are you using the latest version of JQuery Easing? Did they both work before you upgraded GF? Can you link your form?

Hi, I was a couple of versions behind and all was working.

I put it down to either the latest version of JQuery Easing JS script or the latest version of GF because both work without each other. I of course omitted all other scripts to narrow it down.

Annoyingly I only had version 1.5.3 as a backup so have had to revert back to that to get both working together.

Not necessarily a GF problem but this means I can no longer use both together if I want to run the latest version of GF.

I have tried the conflict selection and also removing the call to Jquery as I load this from the Google repository just in case there was some kind of conflict there.

The problem occurs using the latest version of GF, JQuery 1.7.1 or 2 and JS Easing 1.3.1

The form used is a simple contact form with no conditional logic.

If you go to http://www.redboatdesign.com the form is under Break the Ice. Please note that I have also tried on a page using shortcode.

Please also note that the site is running fine at the moment as I am using 1.5.3 of GF to workaround the problem.

If I run the latest version of GF I get the error mentioned above and nothing else works that uses JQUERY. i.e. the slider, the tips and the easing. HOwever if I remove easing it all works including GF or if I remove the form or deactivate GF everything also works.

Of course if could be something else but through a process of elimination I can only see that the two are conflicting.

    Cheers,

    Paul
