Conflict with Riva Slider Pro plugin

Whenever I "Save Settings" on the GF Notification page, my landing page is in the admin section of of my RivaSliderPro plugin (the first slideshow settings in) where I get the error "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again." (which is probably a Riva Slider pro error message).

I do not get this error when I save a form, only when I save notifications.

Otherwise both plugins run flawlessly. Using latest version of everything: WP 3.3.1 multi-site, GF 1.6.2, Riva Slider Pro 1.0.4. (http://rivaslider.com/)

What is the best way to get a response to this bug? The problem is clearly in GF, since I only get this error when I save GF Notifications, I do not get the error when I save in the GF form editor or any other GF settings.

  3. I'm getting the same issue as above. I can't edit any GF entries and I'm redirected to Riva Slider Pro edit page. I've emailed Riva and awaiting a response from them too.

This occurs on multiple sites and persists even when only the 2 plugins are active, it does not occur when Riva is disabled.

    Viewing a single entry:
    admin.php?page=gf_entries&view=entry&id=2&lid=12&paged=1

If you hit Edit (target URL ?page=gf_entries), you are redirected to:
    ../admin.php?page=rs_manage_slideshows&id=2&message=
    and updates are not saved.

Note that the id in the URL is the same, this is consistently the bug. So at some point when I hit Edit I'm being sent to the Riva Slider Pro with the ID which matches that Form ID.

    Can you help at all?

    Thanks
    Andy

  4. UPDATE: Matthew from Riva has fixed the bug in Riva Slider, it's not a GF problem. If you're experiencing the same thing, just email him and ask for the updated functions.php file.
