Contact Member Choice via Dropdown

  1. I would like to add a "Contact One of Our Staff" form on our About Us page and would like to use our staff members names as a choice in a drop-down box and then the comment sent to the chosen recipient when they hit the submit button. Is this possible?

    Thank you.

  2. Yes, you want to use the feature called Routing. Create a drop down with all your contact's names. Once your form is complete, navigate to the form settings and click the "Notifications" radio button. After that, you will be presented with the option to select the drop down from your form. After that, for each drop down choice, you can enter an email address.

    Your drop down doesn't have to be names either. It could be something like:

    Your Inquiry:
    * Sales
    * Service
    * Tech Support
    * Vendor Inquiry

    Then in the routing, you could say

    IF (your inquiry) IS "Sales" THEN send email to sales@example.com

    I just checked the documentation and Notifications are covered here, but no mention of Routing. I must be missing the page somewhere.

  4. Glad you were able to figure that out. I will see what happened to the documentation for Routing.
