Content Template check if empty

Is there a way to check if a field is used and them change the content template for post. My problem is that i want to use headlines, but when a field is emty it is looking very ugly.

{Process:12}
[h2 align='left']Field Size / Tips[/h2]
{Field Size:11}

For example if Process:12 is empty, i want to hide <h2>Process</h2>
