I'm setting up a contest submission site where the contestant will submit a passage of between 300 and 500 words, and their email, county/zip code for demographics.
I can setup custom notifications so that the judges get a notice when an entry is submitted, but what I would like to do be able to do is also use hidden fields for the judges to enter their notes/ranking.
Right now I'm figuring on using three different Google Docs, one for each of them and then we'll combine the results afterwards. As we don't want each judge to see what the other says.
Can GravityForms do the backend stuff as well, on a per user basis?
This thread:

gives some insight that I think what I want is largely possible, but .. coding from scratch isn't my strong point, following and making tweaks to existing stuff is a bit more what I can do.
Can GF count "words"?
