Contextual Form with Pre - Populated field

    Hi guys,

    I am setting up a shop website (no e-commerce - just listings) and would like to create a product enquiry form with some standard contact fields and a pre-populated field which contains the title of the product (pulled from the WordPress post title). I have trawled through the pre-populated examples but they are all a bit too much for what I am after - hopefully this is fairly simple, I am just not too sure how to achieve it..
