Could not locate form...

On a perfectly working site with already 8 nicely working Gravity Forms, today I got confronted with the "Ooops! We could not locate your form"-issue. I did not change anything to the site and all other forms are working fine - except the new one.

Any ideas what could cause this?

    PHP-Version: 5.2.14
    MySQL-Version: 5.0.67
    WordPress Version: 3.2.1
    Gravity Forms-Version: 1.6.1

  2. You created a new form, and when do you see the "oops" message?

I created a new form and generated the shortcode with the form-button above the visual editor in WP. After publishing my page I get this very message where the form should be.

  4. Have you exported or imported the forms from another site or server, or changed the domain name? This error normally occurs when you change domains. It can also happen if you are missing database tables in your installation. But if your other forms are working, it's not likely a database problem.

If you create a new form on the site now, can you insert that?

No, nothing changed at all. The only thing I did was to add a form which is now no longer displayed.

I have added yet another form (just one text-field), but this one, too, produces the "Oops..."-Error.

  6. How about testing for a theme or plugin conflict. More likely a plugin that a theme when you are trying to insert using the toolbar button.

If you try now to reinsert any of your older forms into new pages, using the toolbar button, do they product the same "oops" error?

Okay Chris, this was the fastest deactivate, test and re-activate-session I ever had in my life as this is a site that is online. However, I found the plugin that caused trouble yet I wonder, why it did not cause trouble with all the forms before... (Anyway: thanks!)
