I don't see a way to create a 1 year non-recurring subscription. I want to setup one so that memberships expire after a year without auto billing them.

Can you explain how this billing would work? Do you want to bill them one time when the submit they form, for a one year subscription, then never bill them again? Or do you want to bill them some number of times over the course of a year, then stop once the year is over?

When I used s2member it had an option to create a 1 year non-recurring subscription. After the year they were demoted till they paid again.
From my understanding the Paypal add-on to Gravity Form does something similar when they cancel their subscription. So my thought was, well if the subscription is for 1 year then when that year is up it should ping the user down to a lesser access user.
