Create a form on an image

  1. Hi,

I need to create a form to fit onto this image http://letiphc.com/wp-content/uploads/Letip_Form.jpg. Ideally I would like to be able to the the form fields on the form fields in the image.

Thanks in advance for the help.

  2. You will have to set that image as the background image for the div.gform_wrapper. You would do that in your theme's style.css.

Then, view the page with your form over the image and see how things line up. Chances are you will have to hide the form labels with CSS, and move the fields around using CSS as well. It's possible to do, and it starts with making that image the background of the .gform_wrapper div.

  3. Also, I'm not sure if you're related at all to the letip.com site, but that site is marked as possibly compromised by Google.
