I purchased Gravity Forms yesterday. However, when I try to create a new form, I get the message ,You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. I have tried every solution that has been posted on the support forum and in the documentation but I can't resolve this issue.

Do you have a plugin that controls or modifies roles or permissions? For example, the Members plugin allows you to manage capabilities for each role. If you're using a plugin like that it's possible that it needs to be configured to allow access to Gravity Forms.
Also, by default, only the Administrator role has access to Gravity Forms. Are you logging in as administrator?
Finally, can you try a different browser to be sure that there's nothing weird going on there?
