create a survey form using the Pricing fields?

Hi there,
I'm trying to create a "Secret Shopper" report form - basically an evaluation form - where the user assigns a number grade to different aspects of a dining experience. The numbers then need to be added and a final score calculated at the end of the form.

I researched the forum and see that there is no calculation/grading function. However, would it be possible to use the Pricing fields somehow?

The numbers on my form are not prices; the user assigns a value from 1 to 5.
