Create Form popup misaligned

  1. Howdy,
I'm running Gravity Forms on a multisite system.
When one of my clients tries to create a form, the popup is misaligned. So the Title field is hidden.
All other sites and accounts work fine.
I'm currently going through the plugin and themes to see if there is a conflict
Here's a screenshot of what i'm talking about.

    Thanks in advance,
    D
    Any ideas would be great.

    Hi,

This is usually caused by a plugin or theme including it's scripts and styles on pages such as the Gravity Forms admin pages when it shouldn't. If the plugin or theme developer used the WordPress enqueue system then you may be able to prevent this from happening by going to the Gravity Forms general settings page and enabling 'No-Conflict Mode' which will attempt to dequeue scripts and styles that don't belong on Gravity's admin pages. Ultimately the developer should fix their theme/plugin so it only enqueues scripts and styles on pages as required instead of on all of them.

    Regards,
    Richard

Have the same problem, set the conflict mode. Not working.

    How to resolve this?

  5. Here's the thing.
I've created another site, activated the same plugins and theme and don't get the problem.
Since it's on a multisite system, its running the same code so if there was a conflict I should be able to replicate it easily.

Strange, if both sites are identical could it be a caching issue on the first? Have you tried another browser?
