Create Multipage Form With Images As Multiple Choice Submit

    Looking to create a quiz / survey like the one found here.

    I am trying to think of a way to accomplish this in Gravity Forms.

    - There is one question per page. There are multiple images that represent the answer to this question.

    - When the image button is clicked it records the answer selected, and goes to the next page (question).

    Any advise you may have is appreciated.

    Currently, Gravity Forms doesn't let you create button elements like this, but you could use a radio button list, where the labels are images. It wouldn't auto-submit on click though, but it would be as close to your example as Gravity Forms can come without any modification.
