Creating a Draft Post w/ Custom Post Type

    Hello -

I've gone through a number of posts and still can't find a clear example to point me in the right direction.

I have a custom post type titled Events but it doesn't show up as a selection in POST CATEGORY (which has all my blog categories listed).

If I add a CUSTOM FIELD I do see options relevant to my events type (events_venue, events_startdate, events_enddate, etc.)

I am just hoping you might be able to point me toward an example on how to use this form to post to a Custom Post Type of EVENTS instead of my standard blog categories?

    Cheers. Dale

Note: I see that this plugin pretty much does the job but it looks like it hasn't been updated for 3.5.1 and that none of the support forum requests have been answered in months. For my own sanity, I have a policy of only using well-supported plugins that are less likely to cause me grief down the road!!! ;)

  2. We don't yet have native support for custom post types in Gravity Forms. That 3rd Party Add-On is what our users generally use when they need to do what you are looking to do.
