CSS Class Name disappears

I am using version 1.5.1.1. I have been trying for several weeks to get this to work. I have searched for the forum and tried some similar suggestions. I have reinstalled Gravity Forms from scratch on my hosting site several times. The plugin folder name is the default. I should be using the correct CSS file since I've reinstalled, right? I saw a post where someone said that even though the latest version was installed it was pulling from an old CSS file that doesn't contain the ready classes. I don't know what else to try. I have a checkbox list that is fairly long and I'm trying to use the ready class gf_list_2col. Every time I enter the class name, it disappears upon saving the form. Is it supposed to do that? I never see 2 columns in preview or on the page itself. My site is in maintenance mode so you'll probably need to login to troubleshoot. Let me know where to send the login info.

  6. I am having the same issue. Only sometimes it disappears on saving, and sometimes it does not.
When it stays in there, it still does not assign the gf_list_2col ready class to the field...
Something is not working correctly. I can't share a site because it is in local development, but I hope this gets resolved...

  7. I just wanted to chime in and mention that I am having a problem with saving classes too. They disappear when I update the form.

UPDATE: Correction, the class did actually save on one field, but none of the others. So very weird!

UPDATE 2: Deleted the form and started over, and it seems to be behaving properly now.

  8. Wow, I really do not want to delete the form and start over... it would set me back some serious time.

  9. @munman Send us a WordPress admin login for your site via our Contact Us form and provided a detailed explanation of what is going on, which form the issue is with, which field and which ready classes you are trying to use and we can take a look.

  10. OK, I managed to figure out where this was coming from in my case. I was cutting and pasting the classes from the website (using a clipboard manager on the Mac) and somehow the format was making Gravity Forms unhappy. It wasn't saving my field titles, it wasn't saving my classes, nothing. It's possible that the clipboard manager was pulling some invisible HTML formatting off the site.

When I type them in manually, everything seems fine.
