CSS & Images missing

  1. Hi, I've been working on my site to integrate Gravity Forms, I've correctly installed the Plugin and activated the same. I have created form from the admin panel and its preview looks fine too. But on the front-end where I have published the form, none of the CSS or Images are being loaded. However, on preview page everything loads correctly. While investigating further I'm unable to find the CSS or Images reference being added to the page generated.

    I'm using following:
    LAMP
    Wordpress - 3.4.2
Child Theme built upon Roots Theme 5.0.0

I have numbers of other Plugins installed & enabled including C-forms, Easing Slider, Wordpress Super Cache, Wordpress widget Cache, etc. and other no. of plugins.

    Kindly advise.

  2. On the Settings page for Gravity Forms, do you have "Output CSS" marked "Yes". If not, please do so. If it is checked, it's possible your theme is missing the call to wp_head() and there is no CSS being included.

If neither of those are the case, please post a link to your site so we can see what's going on. Thank you.
