CSS issues in Safari and Chrome

    Really love the plugin and it works great thanks!

    Just one issue on my site http://www.maxedmanagement.com/join-us

    It works fine in IE 8 and 9 Beta + Firefox, but in Safari and Chrome the input boxes' size is almost double what it should be, pushing all the fields down. This must be a CSS issue, but not sure what. Any help would be great thanks.
