Hey guys I just wanted to post a solution that Carl was able to work out for me on HTML5 fields more specifically email, phone, and website fields that use HTML5. I was using a theme that was styling the type='text' fields instead of input fields.
In a nutshell if you get the arrow instead of the little hairline cursor then you'll probably need to look at the above solution.
