CSS Ready Classes Not Working?

  1. I have a form and it seems as if it is not pulling the CSS from the GF plugin. For example... The description placement is set to "below inputs" but they are showing to the right of the field with no padding in between.

I have also set 3 CSS Ready Classes to "gf_left_third" "gf_middle_third" and "gf_right_third" and there is no change in placement.

I have deactivated all other plugins except Gravity Forms and the results did not change. I am running the most current version of GF plugin, WP 3.5.1, and the most recent version of Woo Themes - Canvas Theme.

Website has a browser block... Please provide an email address and I will email the needed login information and link.

Any help is appreciated!! Thank you!!

  2. Please try a default theme from WordPress like Twenty Twelve, Twenty Eleven or Twenty Ten. Woothemes might have added some code to their stylesheet which is overriding the CSS ready classes you're trying to use. Without seeing the form live, it will be hard for us to guess.

Please see if the CSS ready classes work in the form preview, or test with a default WordPress theme from Automattic.

  3. I tried Twenty Twelve and seem to have the same issues. I don't mind sharing the information with you to see the form live but can you provide an email address so I can send the login privately?

The form is showing correctly in preview...

    Thanks!

  5. On the Forms > Settings page, have you checked or unchecked the "Output CSS" radio button? If you don't output the CSS, the Ready Classes will not work. Is there a reason you are not outputting the CSS?

  6. I did not realize this was set to "no". I don't think I have ever had to change this before but everything looks good now!!

I always say "the answer is probably in a "check-box" somewhere"... Seems again, that is the case.

    Thank you!!!
