I just created a rather large form. When I downloaded the CSV of my first test entry, I notice that there are random characters in the Field Labels. It doesn't happen on every field. But it is there.

I've seen that happen in the first field before. I've never seen it with any other field as you have shown in your second screenshot.
The first problem is related to the program you're opening the CSV with and the character encoding? What program are you using and what Character Set (on the first page of the import in OpenOffice.org Calc.)
If you email me a CSV export of the entries, I can import it and let you know what settings I had to use in which program.

Hey Chris: I am using Excel on a MAC. I have tried opening the file directly to creating a new workbook and then importing - with mixed results. And I know I need to make the Field labels shorter - ;-)
I need your email address. Email it to the address you have for me in your DB.
