csv labels

  1. When I download the csv reports (have to do this via ftp as cannot get it to download in browser - have tried IE8 and latest versions of Safari and Firefox) there are no labels for the questionnaire which renders it useless - unless I go to the trouble of manually adding the field labels - not an easy job in a long questionnaire!

Should this be happening? Can it be fixed?

  2. I'm not sure what you are referring to. The first row in the CSV file is the header row and contains the label for each field. The subsequent rows are simply the values of each field.
