When will the form tool support custom post type and taxo fields so they can be used for saving post to specific custom post types and taxonomies.

You can already do this using available Gravity Forms hooks and filters and adding custom code to your themes functions.php file.
We will be releasing an advanced post creation add-on that will make it easier to accomplish this but that probably won't be until the beginning of next year sometime as we are in the process of working on Gravity Forms 1.5 and 2 new Add-Ons (PayPal and User Registration).
