I know several users have already asked about this feature, but I want to create a form that the user fills out, and then gets a custom recommendation based off of the data they entered. Here is a brief mockup:

Basically, after filling out the form I'd like a search to happen on the backend for custom field data from another plugin. Eek, I bet this is gonna be more complicated than I anticipated...
