    Is it possible to have different thank you pages based on a drop down field in the form?

    You can accomplish this but it's going to require a small amount of code in your theme's functions.php file. You can show different messages as a text confirmation, depending on a selection from your form, but to direct people to different pages based on their form selection will require some code and the gform_confirmation filter:
