When a customer submits a payment through the Gravity Forms PayPal addon, they are not receiving a payment receipt notification. The business owner still receives the PayPal receipt, but the customer does not.
Ultimately, I would think this was a PayPal issue, except it just started happen 2 days ago. The problem started when I changed the "Support License Key". Prior to this change, both the business owner and customer would receive a PayPal receipt via email after the payment was completed.
