Data from Checkbox and multiple choice field

    I have 2 forms on this page
    http://www.candiedfabrics.com/shop/3-d-art/
    When I designed them a couple of months ago, I tested them and they worked, but now they don't! The data from which radio button and checkboxes were checked before ordering does not get submitted, so when someone orders a set of houses, I have no idea what color or which houses! :-(

    Info you may need to know: I use GF in conjunction with Cart66, and all plugins and WP have been updated to the latest versions.

    When you preview these forms in Gravity Forms (edit the form and select Preview) and submit one, does the data get saved with the entry when you view that entry by going to Entries for that form?

    just tried it, no. the only data that gets submitted is text added in the "special requests"section.

    Thanks David! Sorry I didn't see this post earlier. Anyway, I re-constructed the form and the cart 66 product for the set of 3 mod houses and still no joy! HELP! :-)
