Hello, I will have users come to my website with a coupon to purchase a product, I would like them to come to my website and fill in a form giving name and address plus their coupon, I would then like to export this data daily to post out the item, can i do this with Gravity forms, do they populate a database i can download and mail merge their name and address?

  2. Hi, poohah,

You can do this with Gravity Forms. There is an Export feature which allows you to specify your form, select which fields you want to export from the form, and specify a date range.

Thats great, I'll purchase it now, is there anything special I need to do or know that will save me time in setting it up?

  4. Not really, it's easy to work with. Purchase, install and activate Gravity Forms on your WordPress site. Then go to New Form under the Forms navigation that is added and you can create your form by clicking on the fields you want to add in the form editor. You can then edit each individual field to set settings for that specific field.

When you need to export the data you can go to the Import/Export tool and select Export Entries (which is the default screen when you go to that area) and then select the fields you want to export and an optional date range and then you can download a CSV file containing the entry data.

    Have fun!
