Date Field is not working

    Hi, I am a noob and started working with Gravity Form today.
    I am working on this site http://gdm.hdrcrp.org/survey/ and added a Date Field (sorry it is in foreign language, the 4th field is the date field) is not working properly. I cannot select entry from date picker.
    Could you please help me out.

    It looks like a theme or plugin is injecting some custom jquery UI CSS that's affecting this. See this screenshot.

    You can do a theme/plugin conflict test to confirm which:

    I found out that "BigContact Contact Page" plugin was causing the problem. After I deactivate that plugin date field is working successfully now. Anyway, I don't need that plugin now as I can use Gravity Form instead of that.
