Date field remove first "0"

    Hi,

    i have one date field with the format dd.mm.yyyy in my form. The field has the default value of 01.01.0001 (which means no specific date). After filling and saving the form the field has the value 1.01.0001 and lost the first "0". How can i fix it?

    When you say filling and saving does that mean editing and saving the form in the form builder or filling out the form and submitting it on the site? Do you have a link to the form?
