Date Picker div does't present unless error messages are triggered

  1. Hello

The Date Picker div id = ui-datepicker-div does not present unless I attempt to submit the form with required fields left blank. After I get the error messages the div shows up. I took before and after screen shots that you can see here: http://webbdemo.com/images/datepicker-2.jpg

To view Live on website: http://www.dc-acupuncture.com/contact#tab-3

I've already tried disabling all other plugins and this did not resolve the issue.
    I'm running Wordpress Version 3.4.2

    Thanks for the assistance!

  2. There are a couple things you can try.

    1. I see this JavaScript error:

    Timestamp: 9/19/2012 7:07:32 PM
Error: TypeError: $("ul.sf-menu").superfish is not a function
    Source File: http://www.dc-acupuncture.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-minify/cache/85c60113ea84ed6d4fbe149096227767.js?m=1348098053
    Line: 222

It does not look like superfish menus are active on the site now. Please fix this error and we can test again.

    2. wp-minify has been known to cause problems with the Gravity Forms JavaScript. Please try testing with that turned off so there is no minification.

    3. Did you try the default theme as well, in addition to testing without any plugins active? http://rkt.gs/testing

    4. If you test this form in the form preview, does it work there? If it does, then it has something to do with a theme of plugin conflict, usually something that is causing a JavaScript or jQuery error.

    5. Can you embed the form in a normal page, not a tabbed content section?

    6. Can you try without AJAX in the embed code?

    7. Can you use the built in jQuery version rather than the older version you are loading from googleapis?
