Date Picker Icon Lost on Firefox 20

    I can no longer see the Gravity Forms Date picker icon on date fields for the latest version of Firefox (20.0).

    Seems like it's also happening on Chrome (26.0.1410.65) too.

    Maybe it's just me?

    It looks like there is a javascript error preventing the datepicker from being activated, chrome is reporting the following error

    Uncaught ReferenceError: $zopim is not defined

    I can't say for certain if that is the culprit, you would have to test for a plugin/theme conflict to be sure.
