Has anyone else had this issue? I have a form and it has a date picker in the form. I'd say about a quarter of the time I get the form returned and in the email the date is displayed as MM/YY/DD -- instead of the way the form is configured with MM/DD/YY -- Most of the time when this happens the year is truncated to just two numbers as well. I can't recreate this issue on my own form which leads me to believe it is user error on the person filling out the form...

We haven't had it reported. If you are able to recreate it let us know and we can take a look, I just did some tests and was not able to recreate it. The field is user editable so it's possible it's user error.
