When we delete notes, we get a page saying are you sure, but no option to select yes or no!
Annoyingly, we cant delete any notes at the moment!

What version of Gravity Forms are you using and what browser? That does not happen to me when using Chrome and the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress. I don't get a confirmation dialog at all.

That's a new one. I've never seen that from Gravity Forms. That error is coming from WordPress for some reason. It's related to the security nonces. Can you try a completely different browser to ensure there are no cookies or anything fouling things up.
If that does not work, please send a WordPress admin login to chris@rocketgenius.com and I will take a look at it. Be sure to let me know which note I can try to delete, so I can recreate the problem. Thank you.
