I work at a university that has recently purchased the Genesis framework for our multi-site installation and we will be offering faculty, staff, and students blogs/websites. We would like to offer a simple contact form that site administrators can use for a contact page without allowing them to create forms on their own.
So, as the network admin, is it possible for me to create the simple contact form and distribute it to site admins without them being able to edit how the form is configured? Many of our folks who are site admins lack the technical savvy to create and/or manage forms themselves.
