    Does the developer account have only one license key?

    I have a personal account and wanted to upgrade to a developer to use GF in my clients websites. Does it create a license key for each installation of WP?
    Recently I've had problems with customer and if something similar happens in the future, I would like to terminate the license in that particular account.

    Yes, one license key with any license type, including the developer license.
