Did not receive receipt after purchase!

    I purchased Gravity Forms single site license and have not received a receipt or download link. Paypal did not take me back to the Gravity site.

    Please advise!

    What email address did you use to make your PayPal purchase? I cant find any record of the email that you registered on the forum with.

    Have you checked your spam folder to see if the confirmation ended up there?

    PayPal finalized my CC transaction, then failed to return to the Gravity site.

    Kevin,

    I can't find any transaction in my PayPal history from that email address. You probably need to get in touch with them and confirm that the transaction was actually completed or cancel that transaction and try the purchase again.
