Disable Gravity Forms for Multisite users

  1. I have a Multisite installation and want to disable the Gravity Forms plugin for all sites except for the 'main' one. It's something my users won't need and would just bring confusion "Hey, what is that Forms option in my admin panel and what is it good for?!"...

Of course, the Multisite users are Administrators so I can't just drop the Gravity capabilities for them.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

  2. You can use the Members plugin from Justin Tadlock to adjust capabilities for any user level, or create a new level.

Would that work for you? Just leave the Gravity Forms capabilities for the super admin?

  3. On second look - yes, I can just manually activate it only for that particular site.

    Thanks, everything is ok now!

  4. That was going to be my other suggestion. Activate for one site, not a network activation. Glad you figured out how to take care of it. Thanks for the update.
