How can I get the submit button to be disabled instead of hidden if the "I agree / Disagree" conditional logic that I've set is Disagree? I prefer for the button to show but be disabled, than for it to be hidden and show up when I agree is pressed.

Currently this isn't a built in feature. But it's something that has been requested a few times recently (for some reason it's only been a more recent request). It makes sense so we can look at adding this as an option on the Submit Button related conditional logic in a future release.
