Display Form from within PHP

    I'm not sure, but I can't seem to find anything within the documentation...

    Can I create a form within the WP Admin and then access and display it from within a page Template? I'm dealing with an extremely custom theme and I need to be able to display the form from the Template... not within the Editor.
