display look-up results in a form

    I have a working data entry form that posts to a mysql db. It works great.

    Is there a way to use a form to do a look-up and display the results in the form? The only way I know to do it is to send users to the dashboard to do the lookup.

    There isn't any front-end display of entries currently built into Gravity Forms. You would have to custom code this if you wanted it to work crafting your own AJAX script to do so.
