Display multiple lines of list field at start

    Currently the List Field displays only a single line at start, with the ability to add more lines using the + icon. Is there a way to display say 3 lines at start?

    For example, if I want someone to tell me the names of their last 3 employers, I'd like to use the List Field and have it automatically display 3 lines for them to fill in, without having to click + twice.
