Display of Resend Notification Box in Entry View not working with 3.3

    Hi

    Have upgraded to WP 3.3 with the latest GF installed.

    Now when a user using IE 8 on XP visit an entry page, and tries to resend the notification, it shows briefly and then disappears (when they tick the box for the alternative email box to appear)

    I imagine its a jquery conflict - can anyone else replicate and resolve?

    Happens on two installs on two servers
